The production order is checked by the production manager, and in smaller companies, by the same calculation manager. They may approve the default production plan or redesign it according to his own idea (plan). It depends on the company's policy, if you want, you can plan the production very carefully or just do it in a few seconds by default options. After you confirm production, all assigned workers can see their jobs, when to start it to end it in time. There are many other features to help you manage production.
Our system is flexible, so if you don't need it, you can skip the features and use only the ones your business needs. The manager can create packaging tasks. Packaging is very flexible. If a customer needs to split an order into 6 packs, you can easily create this task for the packing person. All packages can be sent to different addresses, just assign the package to the desired delivery option.
All completed jobs are moved to their delivery tab. We have integration with DPD and Omniva carriers. The manager can print delivery labels directly in the system, receive links with a tracking code and send them to customers, mark the delivery as completed.
